3月26日，第21届中国哈尔滨_经济贸易洽谈会新闻发布会在北京顺利召开。在此次发布会上有来自中国日报、新华社、中央人民广播电台、中央电视台、中国_广播电台、俄塔斯社、彭博新闻社、路透社、日本富士电视台等六十多家中外媒体参加报道。并由副省长孙尧代表省政府及哈洽会组委会致辞，省、市领导孙尧、张少良也出席了新闻发布会。
此次哈洽会定于6月15-19日在哈尔滨_会展体育中心举办。其中设有3000个_标准展位，展览总面积达到8.6万平方米。分为现代农业展区、经济合作展区、高新技术展区、服务外包展区、金融产业展区、龙江制造展区、旅游产业展区、建材展区、轻工展区、文化产业展区、室外大型机械展区、机电馆（展览篷房）、机电五金（浙江）展区、港澳台展区和俄罗斯等各个展区。并且还会设立家具馆与交易木材区。
